Create Customer (Add Coporate Customer)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open App
2. Click Individual
3. Click Add Individual Customer
4. Fill the necessary information
5. Review information
6. Create Customer

Expected Result

Coporate account is created successfully

Actual Result

Confirmation page didn't come up

Developer Resolution Notes

Fixed by adding success and error message display sections to customers/index.blade.php.

Additional Comments (Tester Notes)

1. The 'Next' icon on the first page didn't work until the page was refreshed. 2. Annual Revenue can be categorised into income brackets 3. Commas should automatically be included when entering figures. 4. Inputs like Phone numbers, ID-type numbers should be formatted so that they give an error message when a wrong format is entered. 5. Important fields should be indicated with an asterisk (*) and should return an error message if it is not filled
