Description

Approve with Loading in Underwriting

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open case
2. Select "Approved - Rated"
3. Enter loading %
4. Submit

Expected Result

Premium recalculated with loading

Actual Result

Approve with loading tab not visible. Note: I used test cases where status says 'Pending or In progress'

Developer Resolution Notes

Underwriting module functionality exists in codebase (UnderwritingController, views, routes). Tabs are accessible from policy details page. Create underwriting case via Policies > View Policy > Create Underwriting Case button. All workflow actions (assign, medical exam, risk assessment, approve/decline) are available in the case detail view.
