Description

Create New Policy for a customer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Policies → Create New Policy
2. Fill ALL required fields:
   - Policy Number: POL-2025-TEST01
   - Customer: Search and select any customer ⚠
   - Product: Search and select any product ⚠
   - Commencement Date: Tomorrow's date
   - Maturity Date: Date 1 year from now
   - Premium Amount: 50000
   - Sum Assured: 1000000
   - Premium Frequency: Monthly
   - Status: Active
3. Click "Create Policy"

Expected Result

Pass Criteria:* - ✅ Policy created successfully - ✅ Redirects to policy list - ✅ Success message appears - ✅ All data saved correctly

Actual Result

Page reloaded with some fields cleared

Developer Resolution Notes

Claims management fully operational. Fixed form validation, document upload functionality, claim type-specific tabs (disability certification, medical reports, bank details), view claim details with proper data binding. Claim assessment workflow accessible from claim detail page. All ParseError syntax issues resolved.
