3. Select policy
4. Type: Death Claim
5. Upload: Death certificate, Police report
6. Submit

Expected Result

Claim created with Submitted status

Developer Resolution Notes

Claims management fully operational. Fixed form validation, document upload functionality, claim type-specific tabs (disability certification, medical reports, bank details), view claim details with proper data binding. Claim assessment workflow accessible from claim detail page. All ParseError syntax issues resolved.
