Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Claims → Register New Claim
2. Enter policy information
3. Provide claim details and circumstances
4. Upload required documents
5. Submit for processing

Expected Result

Claim Submitted Successfully

Actual Result

The page reloaded without submitting

Developer Resolution Notes

Fixed validation field name mismatches in ClaimController store method. Changed claim_date→date_reported, incident_date→date_of_loss, description→incident_description, status→claim_status. Added auto-generation of claim_number and withInput() for error handling.

1. There is no provision for uploading supporting documents to back up claims
